Demonstration of a few simple modifications done to the handling.dat and weaponsinfo.xml to make a faster, nearly unstoppable taxi and super strong melee hits. I’m not helping anyone with modding, that is not why I made this video…it’s purely entertainment. Just google GTA IV PC Modding and I’m sure you will find plenty of info. I’m aware the frame rate in the video is a bit choppy. I average 35-40 with my system but fraps drops it to below 20 while capturing video.
