On wordpress and the google adsense thing?

Do I need to do anything special before downloading my google adsense plugin to my wordpress like do I need to buy something? or is it free?

    No you just download and then activate the plugin.. you will then have to set it up from within your admin area.

    You can find free plugins through your admin area directly or by going to the wordpress website.

    No, wordpress plugins are usually free. If you need themes then go here http://www.themescope.com/
