Looking for a good web photo gallery for WordPress?

I’ve seen some wordpress websites using photo gallery that can be viewed on a flash pop-up window. What is the name of this plugin? Where can I get it?

    Its not a plugin its using javascript. That effect is called lightbox image viewer.
