where to find a FREE php download script?

im looking for a FREE script that can count how many times a file has been downloaded. for instance:

www.mydomain.com/downloads/file.php?1234

and then in a control panel i can add, edit or delete the link, thanks!

    you can watch this page, it has tutorial about how to install the download script. But this can’t handle links, just files from a folder on your server.
