I recommend one of these: http://www.top3hosts.com
iPage has the best offer right now.
Their standard price is $84/year ($6.95) but they have
a 50% sale, one year of hosting for $42.00.
Their plan includes:
Unlimited disk space
Unlimited bandwidth
Free domain name
Price: $42/year ($3.50)
They have one of the most popular hosting platforms, which currently hosts over a million websites. They’re also one of the oldest hosting companies, founded in 1998.
They include a free point & click online site builder so you can create a website without any programming (easily, just by drag and drop) or you could install WordPress (they include easy, one click install from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.
They also have a great custom control panel with OneClick installs of all the popular software like WordPress, Joomla, Forums, Chat, Galleries, Online stores and a lot more.
Free webhosting is not always good, especially when we need bandwidth. When you have numerous visitors to your site but lack of bandwidth, then it will freeze and your visitors may have bad image about your site. All you need is a web hosting service which offers both unlimited web space and bandwidth. This way you will make sure your site is up and running for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a good site to start with: http://www.hostingcouponoffer.com
They offer:
# Unlimited Web Space
# Unlimited Data Transfer
# Free Domain For Life
# cPanel control panel, Fantastico
# PHP, MySQL, Ruby, Perl, CGI.
Their regular fee is just $4.84 / month including free domain for life, and if you use the coupon code, you may save $2/mo or $24 per year. Just visit the above site and you will be automatically entitled a coupon code which you can use in registration.
Good luck, happy to share with you.
I got one that’s from Jimdo, I think it’s like 60 dollars a year for everything. or pay 120 for ever better service. that’s the best one I can find. What’s your?

The problem with all these unlimited hosts is if you use more than 5GB of space or 100GB of bandwidth they’ll pull the plug on you. The Forum Forge WILL NOT pull the plug on you unless you exceed your limits.
Free hosting is good for a static site or a blog (http://www.woordpress.copm/ ). A cheap host with a free domain name is actually expensive. They typically charge about $5/month more than a cheap host without a free domain name. And a domain name is $10-$20/year – $40-$50 cheaper than a "free" one.
You want a few things:
Good to great tech support
A fast site
Always (or almost always) online
Saving $1/month to get a slow site that’s frequently down isn’t a great idea.
I’ve been using GoDaddy for years. http://www.godaddy.com/
for cheap n cheerful I’d go with IPage http://bit.ly/IPageSale currently $3.50 a month gets you
# Unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth & Email
# FREE Domain (for life)
# FREE Security Suite
# FREE Site-Building Tools
# FREE Online Store
# FREE Google & Yahoo! Marketing Coupons
Great support . Things are going to go wrong who ever you sign up with , whats important is how fast they get things back up again. Had no real issues with IPage
I prefer iPage as the company gives great discount offers on the hosting services & domain registration services. They have special services, like the iPage unlimited bandwidth or the free domain registration services. This is a great features which can save you lots of money and time. http://www.webhostingbreak.com/ipage-discount/
It all depends on your needs.

I am using hostgator atm but I am switching as soon as I can to http://tinyurl.com/25rw42c my friend sent me the link because he just switched and they have amazing deals. Hope that helps <— best answer!
This service provider http://www.desertvalleywebhosting.com offer’s sites for $2 per month. Just send him a ticket and he’ll set you up. His site also includes free installation of basic scripts and will install the template you choose if you decide to use wordpress as your website builder. He set up the following website for me. http://amsoilblog.motoroilinfo.com. He doesn’t offer domains. I used godaddy to register my domain. He’ll make sure all your software and scripts will work, if they don’t he’ll add the needed software to the server.
Free web hosts have a lot of limitations, and more often than not the headaches that come with them aren’t worth even their free price. Go for paid web hosting. You don’t have to spend a lot of money. A typical hosting plan goes from $6 to $8 a month. However, there are web hosts that also offer domain registration, so that you can get both in one go. Check out http://buywebspacetoday.com/ for recommended web hosts. JH offers free domain registration with web hosting, so that’s bound to save you some money.
I’m using web hosting service from Fatcow after reading reviews on WebhostingBreak. The web hosting price is extremely competitive, with many custom packaging to meet your hosting needs. I’m happy with their services. I recommend the hosting & domain services from them. Get a free domain: http://www.webhostingbreak.com/free-domain-name/
Is this for personal use or business? If for personal perhaps you could give free hosting a try but if you are starting a business you will want to spend some money to assure your website will be online and fast. Web hosting prices have dropped dramatically and you can totally afford top notch service and support. I have been with Certified Hosting for years and their shared hosting is on special right now for as low as $11 for one year. Check out their promos – http://www.certifiedhosting.com/promo/
