Shared hosting is when a web host puts multiple sites on the same server, to save money. For most people, shared web hosting will be fine. Since you’re sharing a server, there’s a possible risk that someone could slow down a server with an unexpected spike in traffic, or by using disproportionate amount of the server’s resources. This is pretty rare, however. Most web hosts can handle this, so I think it’s an acceptable risk considering the cost savings.
Still, consider choosing a web host with good historical uptime performance. In our testing, we’ve seen great results from Yahoo!, 1&1, HostGator, Lunar Pages.
Shared web hosting puts many multiple, isolated accounts on the same server. Its main advantage is that it saves you a lot of money over having a server dedicated to just your hosting account. (There are other options as well but I don’t believe that any of them are cheaper than shared hosting.)
I’ve been using shared hosting at Bluehost for over five years with no significant problems.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

For a beginner Shared Web Hosting typically is THE preferred way to start the adventure. This is the most popular of all types of hosting services. The provider of the shared web host stores multiple websites in the same machine, so all these websites on the shared server use the same network connection, the same hardware resources, and the same software. You are only responsible for managing the design and content of your website.
A shared web hosting can be name-based (domains of all shared websites map to the same IP address, but different host names) or dedicated IP-based (each website gets a separate IP address).
I personally uses http://www.oryon.net/
which I find to be incredibly cheap and stable.
Good luck.
