I am starting a free forum host and wonder how can I imbed Ads into the tempates?

I know about overall_header and overal_footer, but is this the only place I can add them, they look ugly (my test forum http://phpbb.bar666.com). Advice for phpbb and smf greatfully recieved.

    You should really visit some webmaster tutorial websites. You can do a search and find thousands of them.
