Html – How to get rid of space between 2 tables?

Please help. I have tried everything and cannot figure it out. I am trying to get ride of the space between the tables so the the blue margin on the left is one. Please help!

I am getting the following error message "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/makun2/public_html/phpbb/includes/template.php(127) : eval()’d code on line 103" and can’t figure out why. Please help. My page is prairieswoods.x10hosting.com on the FAQ link.

    What sticks out at me is the blank <P>’s. Change those to <br> and it will tighten up the tables for you.

    Make sure you have
    cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"
    in both tables and
    valign="top" in the lower one.

    Also, your site looks really bad in Firefox.
