Are there free Web Design templates on www, that don't require you to register with them and host with them?
I have registered already with a company and now I want to use a free template but every web site I go to wants you t host with them. I don’t know how to write html.
What is the best tool in the market for Web/UI design?

PC or Mac for web programming and graphic design?
I’m 14 and I’m saving up for a computer because I wanna have a big project this summer.. I’m using an old Acer laptop running Windows 7 and it’s pretty slow.
I do a lot of web programming/design and a lot of Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver. I hear Macs are much better for Adobe products, why is this?

Could I Get a Web Design job?
I’m attending college for an Associate’s degree in Webpage Management. I want to start applying at web design firms for a part-time job, preferably. Would I be able to get a REAL paying job, or just an internship? I can hand-code XHTML and CSS pretty well. I also have experience with JavaScript and basic SQL and database design. I also know Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, and Dreamweaver.
