What's a good Comment extension for Joomla?

I’m looking for a nice clean comment extension for Joomla, With installation instructions because I’m really new to Joomla. Thank you

    JComments is the one I use. It is very easy and straight-forward to configure by following the instructions provided. It integrates into blogging extensions like LyftenBloggie or you can enable commenting on articles in a particular category or just use it in some articles specified.
