		<description>Log in to your Joomla backend, select Install/Uninstall from the Extension menu, and look for the Upload Package File section.  Click on the Browse button to find the component/module/plugin you want to add (make sure it&#039;s still zipped up in its original archive), and upload it.  Joomla will install it automatically.

Once it&#039;s installed you should have a new entry in your Components list (or Module/Plugin Managers for modules and plugins).</description>
