joomla content section?

hello, i want to develop a section in my joomla site where admin have a form of three fields to add some kind of information. and a news a events section to share info.

    I don’t really understand the "news a events section", but you should check that joomla extension site (http://extensions.joomla.org/) to see if something has already been built. If not, read more at the Joomla Developers site (http://docs.joomla.org/Developers) on how to build your own custom module.
