@Luigi84289 (face palm) but we have every right to repeal any act from the president not mandated by the constitution.
National drafts were normal in this country as early as the civil war. The states enacted drafts to fill needed positions in their militias during the revolution. One of the benefits of the draft is that legislators can’t justify sending where ever they want by saying to themselves “they volunteered for this.” If more senators had sons and daughters in service, drafted or otherwise, this vountry would not go to war as often as it does.
I don’t know where to start with your ridiculous statement. How does voluntary service in the army keep wars just when its the government that sends them to war. You sound like just another empty headed conservative touting the party line even when he knows nothing about the subject.

They are speaking of a draft for the military and the youth that will be required to serve a minimum of 3 months in a gov. program, that will be void of all parental supervision or religious affilation, only gov. indoctrination. Like Hitler did to the youth in German to groom young minds so that they would think that the destruction Hitler was causing was for the ‘good of the mother land’.
I’m from NH. This “movement” is pure bullshit. I live in southern NH. Most people there work in Mass, so if NH secedes hundreds of New Hampshirites will become “guest workers” in the USA causing huge uncertainty for them and their families. Plus how many Massachusians shop in NH? Secession would fail in no time at all.

I could take a crack at you and say that the bp is probably for bi-polar because it looks like you guys had one personality when bush was in power and another now that Obama is in power. I’ll focus on my main point that i was not hearing any of these same guys screaming about the patriot act when bush enacted it.
